NORTHWOOD MARKETPLACE


The Northwood Marketplace is a pop-up shopping experience that brings together student entrepreneurs, local vendors, and the campus community. This event provides an opportunity for vendors to showcase their products while giving students, faculty, staff, and guests a chance to support small businesses and campus creativity.

The Marketplace is designed to foster engagement, entrepreneurship, and community connection at Northwood University.

EVENT DETAILS

The show takes place on March 27th, 2026. The Marketplace will open at 5:15pm and run until after the show which ends at 9:00pm.

You can begin setting up for the Marketplace at 4:00pm in the Hach Student Life Center on Northwood University’s main campus.

FOR RETAILERS & VENDORS

Interested in having your items featured on the runway or participating in the Northwood Marketplace? We make it easy for those wanting to take an extra step of involvement with the Northwood University Fashion Showcase!

Retailers who would like to donate items to be used in runway outfits should use the Retail Agreement Form below. There is no cost to you to participate.

Vendors who would like to come to the Northwood Marketplace and set-up a pop-up shop to sell items should use the Pop-Up Shop Agreement Form below. There is a small fee of $85 to participate and you can find more information on the Northwood Marketplace page.

What is the Northwood Marketplace?

The Northwood Marketplace is open to Northwood University students, student organizations, and approved local or community vendors. Vendors are encouraged to showcase creative, original, and innovative products or services, highlighting entrepreneurship and unique ideas within the Northwood and surrounding communities.


Is there a fee to participate?

The vendor fee is $85 to participate in the Northwood Marketplace.


What should I bring to the event?

Each vendor will be provided with a table. With that table we ask that you bring your own linen. We also advise that you bring your own clothing racks and different display cases to display your products.


What payments types are allowed?

A reminder that when selling your products, Northwood is open to any payment that works for your company, but it must be off Northwood University’s Wi-Fi. You must provide your own way for your payment to connect to the internet.
